DhagaPret offers refund support for genuine cases where the customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, or product with a confirmed issue.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Refund is applicable only after:

The returned parcel is received
The product condition is checked
The issue is verified by our team
The product is unused and unwashed

Refund may not be accepted if:

The product has been used
The product has been washed
The product has been altered
The product is damaged by the customer
The return request is made after 7 days
The product is returned without approval

Once the return is approved, refund processing may take a few working days.
